A. We may work on more than one project at a time but we staff each job so that a dedicated crew is working on your home at all times.

A. About 75% of our business comes from repeat or referral business.

A. Kieran Barton, General Contractor and Owner of Oak Leaf Builders, supervises every job.

Q. Will the crew working on my home be OLB full-time employees or subcontractors?
A. OLB crew members will always be on the job but if your project requires an outside contractor we will use one with whom we have a long-standing relationship.

Q. Does OLB carry liability insurance and workers compensation?
A. Yes. OLB carries liability insurance and workers compensation.

A. Typically we ask for one-third down, one third midway through the job, and the remaining third at the time of completion. Before your project begins, though, we'll agree on a mutually agreeable payment plan.
